You have 14 days from the date you receive the product to request a return.

Return conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Return procedure

  1. Contact us through our contact form, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We’ll give you instructions on how to send the product back.

Shipping costs

  • If the product is faulty or you received the wrong item, we’ll cover the shipping costs.
  • For returns for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned product, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
