Once your order leaves our warehouse we send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

Shipping takes between 10 and 18 working days from the moment the order is dispatched. This timeframe may vary depending on the destination country, public holidays or customs checks, although in most cases the order arrives within the expected period.

Keep in mind that tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to update after dispatch. If you don't see any movement right away, check again later.

2. Click the Logistics button, to the right of the search box.

3. In Enter carrier name, type GuangZhouRuiFan and select it.

4. Type your tracking number in the large box.

5. Click Search.
